Digital Products (eBooks):

Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds once the purchase is completed.

Please make sure you review the book details before purchasing.

Physical Books:

If your book arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or a full refund.

To request a return, email info@munirat.binozefdn.com with your order number and issue details.

Change of Mind:

We currently do not offer refunds for a change of mind or accidental purchases, so please double-check your order before completing it.

Delivery Returns:

Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the item was damaged or defective.

Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.

Processing Time:

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
